Psalm 33:18
Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear him,
on those who hope in his steadfast love,
In this episode, we will look at the lovely, little word, “hope” — specifically, what it means to hope in His steadfast love.
I wasn’t feeling well when I spent time on these thoughts and verses. Though I didn’t feel very hopeful, I still knew I wasn’t without hope. Maybe you can relate?
I will share some of the ways my hope was fanned into flame, maybe a flicker. It had to do with prayer, FaceTime, Scripture and a new, little song that I will play for you at the end of the episode.
The song is called, "Every Morning," and the words are:
Lamentations 3:22-23 (ESV)
The steadfast love of the LORD never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
