Faby Diallo is an international leader in autism awareness and inclusive services across Africa. As Director of LAB Academy in Guinea, West Africa, she leads initiatives that expand access to early identification, education, and support for children and families.

In 2026, she coordinated efforts across more than 29 African countries, mobilizing professionals and volunteers for one of the largest autism awareness and screening movements globally.

Her work focuses on building practical, sustainable solutions by strengthening local capacity, training professionals, and supporting families. Through her leadership, she continues to advance inclusive systems that improve access to quality services for underserved communities.
