Michael Paynter is one of Australia's most respected singer-songwriters, producers and live performers. He's currently touring the country with his acclaimed Great Australian Songbook concert tour, celebrating the music that shaped a generation. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he's worked with artists including ICEHOUSE, Jimmy Barnes, Miley Cyrus, Seal and Hall & Oates, co-wrote the hit Love The Fall with The Veronicas, starred as Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar, and later this year will take on the iconic role of John Farnham in Whispering Jack: The John Farnham Musical.
