Omar talks us through his chef career from his roots back inSpain when he first starting cooking at the tender age of 5 selling his treats door to door in the neighbourhood, working at a Michelin Starred restaurant to running Tapas Revolution.

Omar gives us a glimpse into his love of football and radiocommentary plus his work as an ambassador for Jamon Iberico.
