What happens when you stop talking about transformation — and actually experience it in real time? Hint: you feel a new type of freedom reverberate through your whole being — or at least that was true for me.
In Part Two of my conversation with my dear friend Peter Crone, known as “The Mind Architect,” things get MUCH more personal. I ask Peter to turn the mirror on me and share what patterns, limitations, and blind spots he still sees in me that are operating beneath the surface. And, in true Peter fashion, he goes right there, with honesty and care.
If you haven’t listened to Part One yet, I highly recommend starting there. Peter and I explore the unconscious beliefs that keep us stuck in survival mode, our resistance to fear and uncertainty, and what it means to move through life with more presence, freedom, and trust. Part Two picks up right where we left off.
What unfolds is less of an interview and more of a real-time exploration of the beliefs we carry, the pressure we put on ourselves, and the ways our past can quietly shape how we move through the present.
We explore perfectionism, safety, vulnerability, relationships, purpose, and what it might mean to live with less fear and more freedom. Along the way, Peter challenges some of the ways we typically think about healing, personal growth, and even the idea of becoming a “better” version of ourselves.
There was a moment in this conversation when I could viscerally feel something shift in me. And it reminded me that sometimes transformation doesn’t happen because we’ve finally figured everything out — it happens when we’re willing to look at ourselves with a new perspective.
This is a vulnerable, surprising, and deeply personal continuation of our conversation — and one I’m excited to share with you.
