Faux true crime fiction podcast The Gloom introduces its villain — Tobin Bell (Jigsaw, Saw franchise) as Dr. Lasher, the psychiatrist who replaced Dr. Harrington at Filmore after her sudden absence.
Dr. Darlene Harrington is no longer at the Filmore facility. She has been removed without explanation. Alicia and Roland are now under the care of Dr. Lasher — a man whose therapy recordings are calm, methodical, and deeply wrong. Samantha can hear it in the tapes. The children can hear it in the room. And the thing that has been humming beneath every episode of this series has grown louder.
