Vikram (former Halliburton CTO) breaks down what it means to be an "independent" director, how he thinks they'll be able to have a material direction on company strategy and what he'd do if he were in their position. He further explains that ExxonMobil can (profitably) get into the renewable market by focusing not on production, but storage and liquification.
