4. Sunday Worship from the Garden of La Casa – "Giving Is The Way Out"

Join Dini, Melly, Colin, Rafael, and Erik as they gather to explore a profound spiritual theme: how giving is the true way out of darkness and any sense of lack. Through personal parables and heartfelt reflections, the group discusses the continuous invitation from their community to step fully into a life of giving.  

Colin shares a powerful story of being detained at Mexican customs during the COVID-19 pandemic, describing how stepping up to translate for other travelers completely dissolved his intense fear.  

Rafael discusses how fully accepting new community projects—such as organizing Portuguese and French translations—brought him immense lightness and happiness. He also shares how leaning into divine support helped him overcome his feelings of shyness and indignity.  

Melly reflects on her journey of letting go of worldly desires to instead ask Jesus to teach her how to give. She shares a touching story about realizing that true change and healing must happen within her own mind, rather than expecting others to change.  

Erik introduces his original song, "Giving Trust," sharing his personal realization that letting go of his own point of view to completely trust his brothers is a profound form of giving.  

The group shares live, heartfelt musical performances. Listeners will be treated to beautiful lyrics, including reminders like "Whatever appears to be lacking is what I have failed to give" and "Love is not obtained, love is given".
