In this first podcast of our Spring series, we look at Sid’s Mystery Tours from the 6th and final radio series.

The three amigos discuss the level of realism in this final radio series, look at the brilliant supporting cast, and the added depth that these additional cast members provide. and consider the number of episodes which commence with a scene around the breakfast table.  Finally, the team review the superb tortoise sequence and debate, in detail, how to tell the age of a tortoise.

We are holding an event in London in May where we will be talking to Richard Harrison who discovered two lost Hancock’s Half Hour episodes and our annual dinner will be held in Solihull in September; we’d love to see you at one of our events as a member. In addition, screenings of Hancock’s TV episodes on the big screen continue at the Riverside Studios in Hammersmith and we expect to be back there in June when we’ll be showing three more episodes. We’ll be back in a couple of weeks when we’ll be looking at the first series episode, The Idol. We hope to see you then.
