We explore ways to practice discernment intentionally, how repetition can help you recognize patterns over time, and why learning the difference between your own internal experiences and something that feels external is a skill rather than an instinct you either have or don’t. We also talk about checking your assumptions, questioning your first interpretation, and giving yourself room to be wrong.
Discernment gets stronger through practice. The goal isn’t to become absolutely certain about every strange feeling, thought, or experience. It’s to become familiar enough with yourself that when something isn’t yours, you’re better equipped to notice the difference.
