Victor Montagliani: the FIFA VP receives the Order of BC, reflects on the summer (and future) of soccer in Vancouver

FIFA vice-president Victor Montalgnani joins to say there are groups looking at the Caps, one local, one European beyond the Arthur Griffiths-led bid. He says he remains positive the team will stay and that a number of interested groups are there provided the club gets the management contract for BC Place. Victor also wraps the summer of soccer in Vancouver after the World Cup.
