Welcome to another episode of Storytelling in the Tropics. My name is Allison Harrison. In today’s episode, I’m in the community of Russel Pen in Linstead St Catherine. I was invited to the Grace Zion Revival Church on the occasion of an Appreciation Service for one the church elders, Mother Roberts who passed in 2023. I got there while the day service was in session and was greeted with a ceremonial welcome as Revivalists do when you arrive during the celebrations.
