The jury was certain. Francis Clarke had murdered Tina Sellars. But as we discovered in the last episode, there are serious doubts as to whether the time required to commit the crime tallied with the window of opportunity that Clarke had to commit it.

As as we find out in this episode, there are other reasons to suspect there was a potentially entirely different explanation for the crime.

But what about the scientific evidence? That's incontrovertible surely?
