In Episode Four, Jennifer Haddow chats with Ella Paradis. Ella is founder and Editor-In-Chief of The Black Explorer Magazine, a travel magazine championing diversity in travel and media by amplifying the rich voices of the Black travel community. 

 

Ella aims to normalize the presence and impact of Black communities in the travel industry and is passionate about highlighting underrepresented voices one adventurous story at a time.
