Part I of this podcast series has covered a basic understanding of our mind, with an emphasis on life’s essential facts. We have now understood how to build self-belief, grow a healthier subconscious mind, develop the courage to face any situation and finally build solid self-confidence and self-esteem.

Part II of this podcast series uses these foundational qualities to cultivate consistent habits. These habits are not difficult to follow but it takes a decent amount of willpower, determination, interest, discipline, and sincerity to develop a new habit. But this is entirely in our control. If you want to add a good habit to your life, you must focus on doing it daily. When you practice a habit regularly, it becomes a part of your everyday routine. The key to victory is maintaining consistency.

This something that is beyond our control is what we call God or a higher force. By following certain spiritual practices, you can train your mind to be stronger and keep your humility under control. This will help you keep moving, irrespective of the outcome. When you bow, kneel and pray, you cleanse your mind and remove your ego. Typically, when you go to a temple, church, or mosque or pray at home, you should leave all your problems to the higher force and have only faith in you.

We all need an anchor of faith to hold on to. Sometimes, when things go wrong, our confidence may get ruffled. We can restore confidence in ourselves only when we have the anchor of ‘faith’. Prayer is a feeling of surrender, wherein you assume that a higher power or force is standing above and beyond us. Prayer doesn’t remove our challenges. It gives us the confidence to resolve our problems or difficulties. Prayer gives inner peace and self-confidence to a person so that they can solve their problems.
