Bailey began her career in education, working for TIGI, and moved to New York to pursue a career in editorial and education at the highest level.

She has navigated the transition into a woman with courage, challenge, and love, finding support in many places and a lack of where one may suspect it.

Bailey continues to work in the hair industry and has found a growing passion, pursuing her stand up comedy regularly in Brooklyn and across the country, where she has a platform to share her world in a comical way.
