The whole world mourns Dolly Parton, while a great many of us realize for the first time what an immense socio-political impact she had on the world, through her unflappable positivity, her understanding of and support for working class Americans, her belief in science and medicine, her bold backing of the LGBTQ+ community, and so much more. For a person who made major contributions on issues that for most are heavily politicized, Dolly was beloved my almost everyone, regardless of their party or philosophy - and today we explore how she did that, hoping to learn valuable lessons.
