4-Step Birthday Ritual to Step into your BEST Year Yet (DO This Every Year)

How do you consciously close an old cycle and cross the threshold into your next chapter with clarity, power, and devotion? 🕯️

October is my birthday month, and in this transmission, I will try to walk you through the exact 4-step ritual I practice every single year to reflect, clear past energy, and anchor my highest timeline.

The takeaway from this sacred container is that can be used whenever you are completing a chapter - whether it is a new moon, an equinox, a solstice, a new quarter, or New Year’s Day. Before you can truly step into a new reality, you must clear the energetic residue, unhelpful stories, and unconscious resentments from the cycle behind you.

Grab a journal, a pen, light a candle, and join me through the 4 steps:

🕊️ Step 1: Closing the Past
✍️ Step 2: Setting Clear Intentions
👑 Step 3: Future Self Embodiment
⚖️ Step 4: The Co-Creation Table
