The truth comes out... Rach is a hisser, Jeri is a little addict, and they can't agree on whether Jeri should have twins or not. Our hotline emailer, "Allie" wrote to us about a work dilemma and toxic work atmosphere. Rach and Jeri give their two cents, and go on plenty of tangents along the way. Long story short - we should never work for people who make us feel like we are walking on eggshells, and sacrificing your peace for too long will leave lasting trauma (so GTFO, girl!!!).
