We take a special road trip to LA, where Buffy is determined to confront Angel about his stalker-like yet heroic behaviour in “Pangs.” Of course, things don’t go as planned. When Angel suddenly becomes human again—mortal, vulnerable, but very much alive—he and Buffy have decisions to make. What does this mean for his hero’s journey? And can the broodiest vampire on Earth still brood, still be with Buffy, if he is just a mortal man?
