Love the Heart of Fear: Shadow Integration in Real Time

She explains how survival mechanisms drive avoidance of fear, shame, grief, rage, and other shadow material, and invites listeners to acknowledge, be with, befriend, and ultimately love the heart of what they most want to avoid, including through journaling, meditation, mindful movement, mirror gazing, and breath.
She describes a shift from finding peace after fear to holding peace and fear simultaneously during an ongoing emergency, and offers Reiki and Ho’oponopono (“I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you”) to the land and fire, emphasizing restoring humanity’s relationship with nature and choosing a hopeful future.
