The comparative approach to gender representation and the university experience of economics students across borders.

Fanilo's involvement with various initiatives at UEA includes our workshop, celebrating 'International Women's History Month', which takes place globally every year in March. The  CNU workshop was thereby just  one way to cross borders and extend the  discussion on gender representation and the role of women in the economy. In comparative terms with other countries including the UK, while not at all unique, Ukraine is relevant because its resilience right now depends on the activity and entrepreneurship of women more than ever.  This is always true in uncertain times and potential fluctuations in availability of workforce.
