A trip to the 99 cent store, a saw, and the state’s star witness. 

After murdering Jacquelin Bonds in 1963 and Ana Laura Sierra in 1985, Harvey Marcelin was paroled again. 

Soon after his release he became obsessed with a woman he seemingly met at a women’s shelter. 

Two years after being set free, Harvey Marcelin was charged with the murder of 68-year-old Susan Leyden.
