Breathing IN for a count of 4, keeping your lips closed and breathing in through your nose.
Holding for a count of 7, then exhaling for 8 through your mouth. As you exhale, open your mouth wide as if you were blowing out birthday candles with a HAAAA breath.
Repeating this pattern with me today for 8 total rounds, you will notice a shift in your state.
This is an excellent breath pattern to usher in a restful sleep state, as counting replaces an overactive mind.
