Major Draft Decommitments: Elite prospects like outfielder Malachi Washington (No. 28 overall national prospect), two-way star Lucas Nawrocki, Coleton Brady, Braxton Beaty, and Nate Davis all officially withdrew from the draft or announced they will bypass professional opportunities to suit up for LSU.Minimal Elite Losses: Out of the entire top-tier incoming class, left-handed pitcher Logan Schmidt (No. 49 overall to Cleveland) and right-handed pitcher Jensen Hirschkorn (No. 84 overall to Atlanta) were the only premium commitments the Tigers lost at the tippy-top of the class.
