She is the author of The Legacy of Nietzsche's Philosophy of Laughter, Philosophy, Humor, and the Human Condition, Taking Philosophy Seriously, and Rethinking Philosophers' Responsibility, as well many other books and articles on philosophy and the transformative power of philosophical practice.
