A very wise woman during one of the weekly online support groups on the BariAftercare Facebook page bravely shared a story about how she had rewarded herself with highly processed, non-nutritious food after a stressful day she’d had. She then courageously acknowledged that she had engaged in self-sabotaging behavior and had called it a reward.
