James (Jimmy as he's known at CrossFit Mooloolaba), has long been an advocate of mental health and battling the stigma of mental illness. Jimmy started his journey with his own bout of mental illness before becoming inspired to help others. He's nearly finished his counselling degree and transformed his workplace at Energex to better support employees mental fitness, providing large companies with a better corporate model. Jimmy's been there and done that, and he loves to share his knowledge to help.
