"Our lives, as brief as they are, are absolutely perfect in the way that they roll out."

Sah is joined by death doula and revolutionary wellness educator Alua Arthur for a powerful exploration of death, dying, and what it means to live fully in the face of our mortality. Known for transforming how we approach death, Alua shares her extraordinary journey from practicing law to becoming one of the most influential voices in the death positive movement.

Through raw and intimate dialogue, Alua reveals how our cultural fear of death has created a crisis of loneliness in dying, and offers a radical new vision for approaching our final days with grace, community, and even joy. She shares eye-opening insights about the healing that becomes possible when we stop running from death and instead embrace it as part of the fullness of life.

This episode challenges everything you thought you knew about death and dying, weaving together practical wisdom about end-of-life planning with profound spiritual insights about what makes a life well-lived. From the surprising truth about what happens in our final days to the most common regrets of the dying, Alua offers a blueprint for living that centers authenticity and connection.

Whether you're caring for someone who's dying, curious about end-of-life work, or simply ready to examine your relationship with mortality, this conversation offers transformative insights about embracing life's brevity with grace. Don't miss this chance to hear from a true pioneer who's revolutionizing how we face our final transition.
