Buffy S2 E22: "Becoming Soon on DVD"

This week we are stabbing our “it’s complicated” boyfriends while we discuss “Becoming II”! We’re talking signs that your Xander might be in distress, how Angelus would fare in Project Hail Mary, how we need much more of Joyce making small talk with Spike, who is paying for the torture team T-shirts, and Angel being just like a pet at the vet. We crumble at the sight of Willow’s Resolve Face, wonder where Angelus’ chainsaw went, appreciate Drusilla’s love for polyamory crimes, and think that every episode would be better if it ended with an “Oh, Giles!” freeze frame. Joyce quote of the week: Well, I just don’t accept that!
