The sound literally vibrates and penetrates through everything (walls, doors, floor, my skin, EVERYTHING) in such a soothing manner. I love how the resonance radiates through out my body, mind and being. Sit in a quiet place and allow breathing to relax and slow  down, breathing deep into the base of the spine. Allow the  tones 1 by 1 to balance all 7 chakras starting from the Root  Chakra and going up to the Crown Chakra at the top of the  head.
