Check Yourself Before You Wreck Yourself

Lasciviousness is a manifestation of a work of the flesh. Many people are in bondage to this behavior because they are in bondage to lasciviousness in their heart and mind. Lasciviousness is unrestrained sensuality. It’s when a person throws off moral restraints. They then lose shame over their sinful behavior. Lasciviousness is destructive to one’s life because they begin to celebrate in their heart what they once resisted when they were pure and embracing a pure conscience and lifestyle. Their conscience becomes hardened. Their unrestrained sin becomes public. Others are influenced towards compromise.
