In this episode I interview the impressive Natalie Henderson, who is the Youth Development Phase Lead Coach in the boys academy at Newcastle United in the English Premier League.

Natalie shares her experiences of beginning as a coach while still playing in her early teens. She also explains how he progressed from shadowing centre of excellence coaches to now be coaching with England Women's U16 squad.
