Yesterday evening Judge Tony Graf, presiding over the Utah trial of Tyler Robinson, the assassin of Charlie Kirk, ruled that Robinson will, indeed, be facing the death penalty. 

Following a full five days of evidentiary hearings on probable cause for the varied charges against Robinson—including the aggravated murder charge that carries the death penalty—and more hours of oral argument yesterday, the judge took his 24 pages of notes into his chambers and returned only a short while after to announce that he had found probable cause on every charge brought against Robinson.
