Islander Sake Brewery Hawaii is located in the Kakaako district of Honolulu, Hawaii. On February 14, 2020, Islander Sake Brewery Hawaii produced their first batch of sake with a newly acquired “Class 18 small craft producer pub license,” and it marked the first day sake had been produced here in over thirty years. Islander Sake Brewery Hawaii is honored to be Hawaii’s local sake brewery, and work sincerely to continue the tradition of sake brewing here once again.
