Sarah talks to us about her journey to serving, her experiences in Panjwai, Zharey, Helmand and Kandahar at large. She offers insights into the cultural interactions with local Afghans, with the multiple military units she supported, and what it has been like watching the fall of Afghanistan with some of her family still stuck behind enemy lines.
