RM020Jobs Does the snowboard industry hire from within it’s own pool of pro snowboarders? It’d be a lot cooler if it did. Be it 2yrs, 5, 10 or 25 years as a pro snowboarder either way it’ll get you nowhere. Whether a dude was filming or competing, whatever brand was paying for that is losing out on their investment by not hiring/utilizing the dudes they’ve invested in. It’s like training a pilot for years only to hire someone w/out his ‘training’ because they look better on paper. One would think that riding as a professional snowboarder and caring at least as much as whoever cares the most about snowboarding would be sufficient.
