Citegeist is a paranormal history podcast exploring ghost stories and folklore through an archival lens. Each episode starts with a ghost story as it's typically told, then we dive into the archive for a ghoulish gossip sesh, digging through historic and archival records to uncover what really happened. You'll find that, oftentimes, the real history is stranger, and scarier, than ghosts.
Hosted by Joshua Spellman, archivist and librarian, who spends his days in the archive and his nights chasing down ghosts (in the historic record).
