Glad to be back on the airwaves!

I am back to announce the release of my first solo album:
Matt W Gardiner - 'Expansion 1st'.

It is an instrumental Sound Therapy album that is great for studying, meditation, breathwork and more!

This episode gives some in-depth explanations about what Sound Therapy is all about, as well as how I was gifted the album name from a mentor/friend of mine: one Kyle Cease!!
