Indigenous Peoples’ Day Special | Where Are They? Podcast
Indigenous Peoples’ Day is a time to honor and celebrate the rich histories, cultures, traditions, and contributions of Indigenous peoples. It is also an opportunity to raise awareness about the ongoing crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous People (MMIP) across the United States and Canada.
For far too long, Indigenous missing-person cases have received inadequate attention, leaving families and communities fighting for answers, justice, and recognition.
In this special Where Are They? Podcast mini-marathon, we're revisiting nine stories of missing Indigenous people whose names deserve to be remembered and whose disappearances deserve continued attention.
Every person matters. Every story deserves to be told. And every family deserves answers.
