Actress Hayden Panettiere died at age 36 after being found unresponsive at a South Carolina residence. Her official cause and manner of death remain under investigation. Meanwhile, Philadelphia police have identified 22-year-old Zymire Hughes as the masked suspect accused of terrorizing people near City Hall, and an arrest warrant has been issued as authorities work to find him.
