Hello my fellow journal haters! Just kidding - sort of. I always was told by my therapists to “go journal on it” and it felt very dismissive… but I felt the constant need to vent and get all the pressure in my system OUT…until my life changed radically when I took it seriously. These are my four tips on how to have a potent, accessible and juicy journaling practice!
