Iron & Precision Nutrition: The FeGenes Study

In this episode, Associate Editor, Kevin C. Klatt, PhD, RD speaks with Kimberly O’Brien, PhD, Professor of human nutrition at Cornell University, and Alexa Barad Zayat, PhD RD, a postdoctoral scholar at Stanford University, about their recent series of publications from the FeGenes study, detailing differences in iron status, absorption and regulatory hormones across individuals of different ancestry groups.
