Dosa Plaza was founded by Mr. Prem Ganapathy, whose journey is a testament to entrepreneurial resilience. Starting as a street food vendor in Sarojini Nagar, Delhi, in the 1990s, Mr. Ganapathy faced initial challenges but persevered with a unique vision of introducing diverse and innovative dosa varieties.
His breakthrough came with the establishment of Dosa Plaza in 1992, a dedicated space for an extensive dosa menu. By blending traditional South Indian dosas with creative fillings and toppings, Mr. Ganapathy transformed the humble dish into a gourmet experience.
