Aug 25: This 25-minute easy rowing workout is about the small wins that build big results. RowAlong with me at low intensity, get your body moving and add another positive step towards your goal.

You don’t have to transform your fitness today.

You don’t need a PB. You don’t need the scales to suddenly drop. And you don’t need to finish the workout feeling destroyed.

Sometimes progress is simply doing one useful thing today, then another tomorrow, and allowing all of those little improvements to accumulate.

That’s exactly what we’re doing here: 21 minutes of comfortable rowing, a 4-minute cool-down and a guided stretch afterwards. Match my rhythm if you want, choose an effort that suits you, and get another good row in the bank.

Later, I use the slightly ridiculous example of eating a giant box of Maltesers one at a time: remove one and nothing appears to change. Keep going, though, and eventually you look back and realise just how much has disappeared.

Fitness works much the same way.

Those tiny sessions, slightly better choices, small improvements in pace and achievable short-term targets eventually become something much bigger.

Micros create the macro.

🚣 21 min easy continuous rowing

😌 4 min cool-down

🧘 Guided stretching afterwards

🎯 Low intensity, sustainable effort

✅ One more small win towards whatever YOUR goal is

Don’t worry about making today remarkable.

Just make it count.

Don’t Row Alone. RowAlong.
