Human Design and identity work start with a pattern a lot of ambitious women know by heart. You step up for a big launch or a week of reels, and then you snap right back to where you were. More effort rarely changes it, because the action was sitting on top of an identity that never moved.

Nicole looks at why the next level of you can feel like a threat even when you want it badly, through her own years as an actor, when a character felt far safer than walking on stage as herself, and through the Wall Street identity she had to loosen to build a business around Human Design. She also gives three steps for moving beyond the identity that's keeping you small, along with the piece that lets them last. It's for coaches and healers who show up everywhere and still feel like they're hiding, and for anyone who left corporate and found her confidence didn't leave with her.

In this episode

  • Actions are only part of leveling up. The identity underneath decides whether you can keep going once you get there.
  • There's a reason the next level can register as a threat, even when it's exactly what you've been asking for.
  • Showing up more often won't do much while the fear of judgment underneath it goes untouched.
  • Your Human Design G Center changes how an identity shift happens for you, and a defined G and an undefined G need different things to get there.
  • You don't have to finish healing before you're allowed to act.
