Season 1 - Episode 45: The Suicide Note

This episode highlights the third poem that I have ever wrote in my life.  It speaks of one that might be contemplating suicide and the thought that it will release them of pain.  However, the realization is it not the answer and life is worth fighting through to get to the enjoyment of life. Those with these thoughts need help in talking through their mental health struggles.
