This week, I welcome Chris Buttenham to the Learning 3.0 Podcast. Chris is the Founder of Obie.ai, EdTech which helps companies find a faster way to capture and find knowledge at work, by securely connecting knowledge and documents that you already have into one searchable, intelligent, single source of truth.

Chris has some very interesting insights into how to deliver the right knowledge, to the right people, at the right time in this new world.

About the guest:

Chris is a young entrepreneur living in Silicon Valley. He is also the co-host and producer of the Accelerating Support podcast, where he interviews thought leaders in ITSM, HR and Customer Support and their stories on accelerating support teams.

  • How the workplace has shifted and why we need to deliver where the people are
  • Why we need to work with where peoples’ habitual attention is, and work with their current behaviour patterns
  • Why building a culture of knowledge and curiosity is a whole lot more difficult than selecting EdTech
  • How to use technology to create your own Personal Learning Network. (Obie.ai gives you a free coupon code to do just that!)
