Rachel Bican, PT, DPT, PhD, is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Pediatric FUNctional Mobility Lab (FUN Lab) at Ohio University. Her research focuses on optimizing rehabilitation practices and developing innovative service-delivery models to improve access to care for children with disabilities and their families, particularly in rural and medically underserved communities. Dr. Bican is also a pediatric physical therapist and educator who is passionate about preparing future clinicians to deliver evidence-informed, family-centered care across practice settings.
