Ed Clancy OBE - Olympic gold to Active Travel

Edward Clancy OBE is widely celebrated as one of the most successful team pursuit riders in history. He won three consecutive Olympic gold medals in the team pursuit (Beijing 2008, London 2012, Rio 2016) and an Omnium bronze in 2012. These days he qualifies success as something very different - in supporting active travel across South Yorkshire.

The Yorkshire special series for the Endurance podcast was arranged as co-host Martin Mansell prepared to race 2000 miles around England for a new World Record in support of Yorkshire Children Charity and Rob Burrows Foundation. Martin has now completed this epic in 11 days, 20 hours and 57 minutes, setting a new WR (tbc by WUCA) - CONGRATULATIONS 🥳
